Yoga for BJJ is a slow pace sequence of yoga poses specifically designed to improve your guard, balance, lower back, shoulders, and directly linked to BJJ positions/techniques. Transitions are tailored to mimic moves everyone needs in BJJ: Backstep, lasso, core drills etc.
