FAQs

Yoga:

  • Yoga Class Etiquette: Learning the proper Class Etiquette helps eliminate unnecessary distractions and helps you and others focus more on what is important, You and Your Yoga.    

    • Avoid strong smelling perfumes or lotions.

    • Avoid practicing on a full stomach.

    • Wear comfortable clothes. Layers are best.

    • Come to class well hydrated and keep yourself hydrated. 

    • Yoga is not a competitive sport, so rest whenever needed.

    • If you are late, please wait for the teacher to acknowledge you and find the best space for you.

    • Be considerate of your neighbors’ space when you set up your mat.

    • Silence during the class is always appreciated.

    • Listen to your body and take care of yourself during class.

    • Only leave early if you must, but we prefer that you stay through the end of class to avoid disturbing others during Savasana/Corpse Pose/relaxation at the end of the session.

  • Yoga Class Tips:

    • Arrive well hydrated and avoid eating heavy 1-2 hours prior to class.

    • Come prepared. You’ll need a yoga mat, towel, and water bottle. If you don’t have your own, we have rentals.

    • Dress comfortable; fitted shorts or leggings and tank top or sports bra top for women, shorts for men. We have both a women’s locker room and men’s locker room at our studio and both have showers, so you can leave your items in the cubbies.

    • Give yourself 20 minutes before class. You’ll have some brief paperwork to fill out and you can ask the instructor any questions you may have.

    • Check your troubles at the door, and once inside the studio, please be as quiet and mindful as you can.

    • Props, a yogi’s toolbox! We have straps, blocks and more for you to use during your practice. We do wash and sanitize often.

    • Respect your edge. In yoga, we encourage our students to relax and let their bodies ease into a pose. When our muscles are warm, it’s easier to stretch them. Move slowly and mindfully to a point where your muscles feel challenged, breathing all the while! Never pain. Your yoga practice is yours and yours alone.

    • At the end of class, stay in shavasana (lying down in stillness) for at least a few minutes. This is where you reap the benefits of all your hard work during practice. Take these moments to relax and just be.

    • Come back the next day—especially if you are sore!

  • After your yoga class:

    • You’ll probably feel amazing.

    • Many people report feeling calm, centered, and rejuvenated. You have just done something so good! You have strengthened every muscle, released tension, and massaged your internal organs. You’ve also sweat profusely, which aids your body in detoxification.

    • Some beginners feel nauseous, dizzy, light-headed, or extremely exhausted after their first class. This is normal! These sensations are minimized with each class that you attend, so stick with it!

    • The intense work out in the intense heat is very detoxifying and cleansing, and these processes can cause these sensations.

    • With regular practice, your body will balance out and you will begin to feel wonderful after class, so come back for your second class as soon as you can!

Hypnosis/Past Life Regression/QHHT:

  • Preparing for a hypnosis/PLR/QHHT Session

    • Once you book a session, you will receive an email with instructions to include some FAQ, videos, and a meditation to listen to beforehand.

    • On the day of the session wear comfortable clothing, eat a light healthy meal, and no caffeine or alcohol (including the night before).

    •  For QHHT session, you will also bring with you a list of questions you'd like to ask your higher self/subconscious (details in the email).

  • What you can expect in a hypnosis session

    • Before you begin, the Hypnotherapist explains the process of hypnosis and reviews your treatment goals. Next is the induction, which is a gentle, soothing toned voice, describing images that create a sense of relaxation, security, and well-being.

    • When you're relaxed and calm, your Hypnotherapist suggests ways for you to achieve your goals. That may include, for example, ways to ease pain or reduce cravings to smoke. The Hypnotherapist also may help you visualize vivid, meaningful mental images of yourself accomplishing your goals.

    • When the session is over, the Hypnotherapist will help you gradually return your awareness to the room and your surroundings by increasing your alertness.

    • Contrary to what you might see in movies or during a hypnotist stage act, people don't lose control over their behavior during hypnosis. They usually remain aware during a session and remember what happens.

    • You may request the Hypnotherapist to teach you how to practice self-hypnosis. During self-hypnosis, you reach a state of relaxation and calm without a Hypnotherapist’s guidance. This skill can be helpful in many situations, such as before surgery or other medical procedures, with anxiety, better sleep, and for mediation.

“In thirty years, I have never seen anything running on computers that will provide beneficial side effects. However, after looking at the EE System technology for over one year, there are no flaws or deception of any type. There appears to be some form of inter-dimensional or high super scalar energy being generated, which when a person sits in a room with the EE System technology running, their entire life force improves. When we looked at water, after it had been charged in the EE System room, its fundamental nature had changed. Its permeability index increased, and the surface tension decreased.   • What are Scalar Fields?

    • Scalar fields have always existed. You may not have heard of Scalar fields, but they are well known in astrophysics, geology, and hydrodynamics. A Scalar field is known as a fifth-dimensional non-linear field. Scalar fields exist out of relative time and space; thus, they do not decay over time or distance from their source. They are unbounded and capable of passing through solid matter. The human body has crystalline structures in every cell wall that are capable of holding a charge. When the human body enters a Scalar field, the electromagnetic field of the individual becomes excited. The EE System uses Scalar technology to return the body to a more original and appropriate electrical matrix. The EE System has been clinically studied by multiple 3rd party individuals.   • How long a session should I take? 

    • We suggest a minimum of 2 hours in a session because it usually takes at least a half hour for most people to be able to quiet their minds and begin to relax. How much longer and/or how frequently you should have a session depends on your level of health and what you want to accomplish.
      Every person is different and can react differently as to how fast they get results. Our suggestion is to start with a two hour session and then see how it has affected you. At that point you can get an idea as to if you want a longer session next time, or more sessions at all.
      If you have a specific health challenge, or a more difficult health challenge, you might want to start with a 4 hour session and see how that works for you. You may find that is enough or you might want to do daily, twice-weekly, weekly or monthly sessions.
      If you have a serious condition, be aware of your condition and keep your health professional appraised of what you are doing so they can monitor your progress.

  • After my session? Detox!

    • Detoxing is one of the fastest results from sessions and is invaluable in the process of helping your body heal itself. Because the EE System sessions release toxins in your system so effectively, occasionally, people may have a headache, a sore throat or be sluggish after a session. It is highly advised that everyone, regardless of symptoms, take a hot, sea salt soaking bath within 24 to 48 hours of your session. This will help pull the toxins out through your skin and clean them out of your system faster.

      • Do not use Epsom Salts. Dead Sea, Pink Himalayan, or Celtic Salt are good. Dead Sea salt helps with allergies and skin conditions. Pink salt eases swelling and stress. Celtic salt is anti-inflammatory and good for the brain. Regular sea salt works too.

        • This is a recipe recommended by Dr. Sandra Rose Michael or we have Blue Waters Detox Bath Blend for purchase:

2 c. dead sea salt (pulls out toxins)

2 c. aluminum free baking soda (neutralize toxins, balance pH, good for skin)

1 c. Borax (great for bones, cartilage, heavy metal detoxing)

1/2c. bentonite clay (binds to toxins so they aren’t reabsorbed by the skin)

2 tsp. ginger (helps you sweat to push out more toxins)

2 tsp. green tea powder (pulls out toxins, nourishes cells)

2 tbsp. hyper charged bath salts (available on the EE System website)

  • What is a Private Membership Association (PMA)?

    • In a properly formed Private Membership Association (PMA), members of that association, both professional and non-professional, are protected from state and federal government interference by the First, Fifth, Ninth, Tenth and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution. They are also protected by the entire Constitution and the common law supporting the same. Furthermore, members also enjoy the protections under international law contained within the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR). Blue Waters Yoga & Wellness PMA is individuals collectively asserting and standing upon their secured perfect rights to assemble and associate; their reserved authority; their pre-existing claim to absolute authority and control over the health of their own body, mind and spirit and God given rights. This PMA was created by and exists upon the contract authority and power that people have reserved for themselves. The protections of a properly formed PMA should stay within the protections of the private domain. A PMA functions by the members acting as people, in their real private character and capacity, “No State can make a law that impairs the obligation of a contract”.  Contracts may be entered into by Blue Waters Yoga & Wellness with any of its members who agree to such contract and terms of their own free will.  Among other things, PMA members are free to share information on any topic related to health, recovery, and experiences and can choose to speak, listen to, use, or obtain any information, product, or service offered by Blue Waters Yoga & Wellness at their discretion.
